What’s Included: Benchmark Workout @ Start and Finish •3 Workouts Per Week: Each week includes three targeted workouts focusing on different muscle groups: •Upper Body: Strengthen your arms, shoulders, chest, and back for better posture and functional strength. •Lower Body: Build power and endurance in your legs, glutes, and core for increased stability and balance. •Full Body: Engage all major muscle groups for a high-energy, total-body workout that boosts endurance and maximizes calorie burn. Foundations Express focuses on building muscular endurance, which means you’ll be performing slightly higher repetitions with lighter/moderate weights to help develop long-lasting strength and stamina. This approach is great for anyone looking to tone up, improve muscle definition, and build a solid fitness base. Equipment Needed: •Dumbbells: Have both a light and a heavy set on hand to ensure you’re challenging yourself as you progress. •Resistance Bands (Optional): While not required, bands can be used to increase intensity and add variety to your workouts.
